You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Limits

Your use of the service is subject to the credit limits of your subscription plan. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to EcomBase. AI-generated content created using your inputs belongs to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

EcomBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
